PUTTIN' IN SPRINKLERS

I often times have to wonder about the projects that Bill & I get ourselves into.  Now you must know that we have already put in many yards by ourselves and landscaped them fully because we enjoy the physical labor that it involves. After every time we fully finish a yard we sit back and marvel at the work well done.

Can I just say, "MY BACK IS KILLING ME!"  We are in the middle of putting in a sprinkling system that is the size of freakin' Texas!  I have never before coupled so many pipes in my life.  I think that this system that we are working on now is the same size as all 3 of our other ones combined---and then some.

My back hurts, but it is like a drug for me to continue on working. I can't stop once I begin. I hate leaving a job unfinished. It is a little like a puzzle to me & a challenge at the same time. I just don't ever sit down and get to fall asleep.  I am excited to get this finished.  We are getting close, then we can seed and finally have lawn.

So far this year we have put in a huge garden, an orchard, a drip system for all of that, fenced the whole think to keep deer out, had our shop finished, and now the sprinklers.  I just hope the end is near so that this year we can sit and enjoy having company over for BBQ's and such.  Wish us luck.

Here are a few pics of the pvc laying out.
